糖醋菠菜

原料:菠菜克,姜丝25克,干辣椒10克,花椒粒少许

Ingredients:spinachgrams,25gramsofshreddedginger,10gramsofdriedpepper,alittlepepper

调料:白糖2克,白醋10毫升,盐2克,食用油适量

做法practice

1洗好的菠菜切去根部,切成长段

washedspinachcutoffrootsandcutintolongsections

2锅中注入适量清水,大火烧开

Thepotintotherightamountofwater,thefiretoboil

3倒入菠菜段,汆煮至断生

Pourintospinachandboiluntilcooked

4将菠菜段捞出,沥干水分,待用

Removethespinachsegments,drainandsetaside

5将菠菜段装入盘中,铺上姜丝、干辣椒丝

Transferspinachsegmentstoaplateandspreadwithshreddedgingeranddriedchilli

6锅中注入适量清水,加入盐、白糖、白醋,拌匀成糖醋汁

Pourproperamountofwaterintothepot,addsalt,sugarandwhitevinegar,mixwellintosweetandsoursauce

7将调好的糖醋汁浇在菠菜上

Pourthesweetandsoursauceoverthespinach

8另起锅注入适量食用油,倒入花椒粒,爆香Addsomecookingoilintothepot,pourintothepepper,saute

9炸好后将花椒粒捞出

Afterfrying,removethepeppercorns

10将热油浇在菠菜上即可
